Marketing Analyst Internship

TopRight is looking for aspiring marketing leaders to join our team as interns. Marketing analyst interns will live and breathe the day-to-day responsibilities of a full-time analyst at TopRight. This is the perfect role for someone looking to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, elite marketing firm.

Ideal candidates for the Marketing Analyst Internship position should be:

  • Motivated to take initiative on projects. If you hear something needs to get it done, are you the first to jump on the task?

Job Description

While no day is typically the same, as a Marketing Analyst Intern you can expect the following:

  • Participate actively in project team meetings
  • Assist in research design, execution, and interpretation
  • Help us uncover our clients’ stories through interviews and secondary research

Job Description

As a marketing technology intern, you will be treated just like any other member of the team. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Actively planning integrated multi-channel campaigns
  • Designing and building all digital assets needed to execute campaign needs
  • Email marketing

Qualifications/Experience

The most important characteristic of a marketing technologist intern is having the grit to “figure it out”. We’d like to see these qualifications met as well:

  • 3-5 years of experience preferably in a marketing, agency or consulting services role
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (i.e.: MailChimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Social media savviness

Creative Design Internship

Creative Design Internship

TopRight is looking for creative designers to join our team as interns. Creative design interns will work within a demanding, fast-paced environment learning how to bring our clients’ stories to life.

Ideal candidates for the creative design internship should be:

A quick study. We work with a highly diverse set of clients. You must be open to learn and unlearn.

Highly collaborative and proactive. Our clients have high expectations. Teamwork is a must.

Able to think strategically about design. Creative without strategy is called “art”. Creative with strategy is called “advertising”.

Comfortable with tight turnaround times on projects. How do you perform under pressure? Flexibility and empathy are key.

With ever-growing content needs, we are looking for an intern who can work closely with our creative department, while meeting the requirements of the account teams.

Creative Specialist

The Creative Services/Graphics Specialist is a key member of the core TopRight team reporting to the Creative Manager.  The person in this role manages and coordinates the creative, design and graphics production activities and capabilities of TopRight, primarily focused on TopRight business development, marketing activities and client service. This role is primarily focused in the Atlanta market, but also include support for any TopRight marketing or client service requirement in other markets as needed. This role will also help build out and coordinate TopRight’s overall creative capabilities in-house and through partners.

Analyst

As an Analyst will have the opportunity to help organizations solve some of their most difficult problems. Throughout your tenure you will gain broad exposure to a variety of different industries and functional areas, which could include, but are not limited to: retail, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, financial services and non-profits on issues such as brand positioning, marketing strategy, growth strategy, lead generation, go-to-market execution, and marketing transformation (i.e. organization, technology, and marketing processes).

Analysts at TopRight are full members of the client engagement team. As an Analyst, you will work closely with your TopRight colleagues and with the client team on the client side and you will “own” your piece of the project. Some examples of the specific work an Analyst might do include: interviewing clients, conducting market research, developing marketing and media plans, providing art direction to design team, copyrighting and editing, including contributions to blog and social media posts relative to the client engagement and identified requirements, building marketing budgets, measuring and reviewing analytics to best optimize campaigns against client needs and metrics, making client presentations, leading client teams and working with TopRight subject matter experts to develop perspectives and insights for the client.

Typically, TopRight engagements last between 12 to 24 weeks. As an Analyst, you will most likely be assigned to one or two engagements at a time, but may work on more depending on the needs. You’ll also play a role in developing proposals for prospective client projects.

As a TopRight Associate, you will have the opportunity to help our clients solve some of their most daunting marketing challenges.  Throughout your TopRight career you will gain broad exposure to a variety of different industries and functional areas, which could include, but are not limited to retail, consumer products, life sciences, financial services, and hospitality on issues such as marketing strategy, growth generation, sales effectiveness, organizational design, marketing operations and return on marketing investment.

Associates at TopRight take an active role in all aspects of an engagement including leading some of the critical work streams under the direction of a TopRight Principal or Partner.  There will be no shortage of opportunities for Associates to excel as they will be asked to get involved with a variety of work activities such as:  conducting brainstorming sessions, forming strategic hypotheses, planning and conducting interviews, performing rigorous analysis, designing and conducting market research, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations, developing and delivering presentations, facilitating multi-functional teams and serving as a positive change agent.  As they refine and evolve their skills and confidence, they will be asked to take on more complex challenges under the expert guidance of their TopRight colleagues.

Typically, our engagements usually last between 6 to 12 weeks. As an Associate, you will most likely be assigned to one engagement at a time, but may work on more depending on the needs and requirements of our clients.
