Brandon Palanker is a business strategist and communications executive with over 20 years of experience in marketing, branding, community engagement, and public affairs. He has served a wide array of clients with extensive experience in real estate, social networking and tech, startups, and the not-for-profit arena.
Brandon is a facilitator who recognizes the need to break down silos to navigate complex processes with an eye toward implementation and measurable results. As principal of development for Renaissance Downtowns, he rebranded and repositioned the company to procure $15B in development rights. He also co-created the nationally renowned Crowdsourced Placemaking program, overcoming significant initial community resistance to build broad support for $10B in zoning approvals across numerous projects. A graduate of Pomona College, Brandon serves on Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Mixed-Use Development Council and is a board member of the Congress for New Urbanism North Texas Chapter and the Real Estate Institute at Stony Brook University. He is a graduate of the prestigious ULI Center for Leadership and is NC Certified by the National Charrette Institute.
