Karen believes that effective branding and campaigns are developed by bringing together strategic and creative thinking—and having some fun along the way. She knows that with the right team, and a little bit of magic, truly great things can be accomplished.

Karen brings to TopRight over 25 years of experience and passion for developing compelling visual marketing solutions that drive brand engagement. Her work spans the B2B and B2C sectors, from entertainment to education, financial to healthcare, nonprofit to technology.

As Creative Director, Art Director, and Designer, Karen has built and managed creative teams at Turner Broadcasting and CARE, a leading international humanitarian organization. She delivered brand solutions and campaigns for the Atlanta Braves, CNN, TNT, and TBS, as well as for CARE’s numerous initiatives including Fight With CARE, I Am Powerful, and Scale X Design.

As Founder and Lead Designer of a popular t-shirt brand, her products were worn by Cindy Crawford, Julia Roberts, Cheryl Hines, and other celebrities and highlighted on the Oprah show and CNN.

As the Owner and Creative Lead of a boutique design firm, she delivered dynamic, successful work for national and global brands including Caterpillar, Cartoon Network, Emory Global Health Institute, Fiserve (previously Checkfree), March of Dimes, Smuckers, and UPS.
