Matthew Fasig is a marketing professional with extensive experience in marketing strategy, statistical analysis, and change management. By spearheading qualitative and quantitative research, Matthew distils market insights into data-informed strategic recommendations. Matthew is passionate about creating a data-based foundation for creativity, and conceptualizing marketing stories and strategies aligned with an organization’s true north.
Previously, Matthew served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant for The Andersen Partnership in Auckland, New Zealand, where he assisted New Zealand’s preeminent wealth management companies recruit top-performing financial advisors. He managed a multicultural team of two junior associates from South Africa and England specializing in financial services and legal recruitment and was recognized as “Employee of the Year” in 2019 for generating the highest amount of revenue within the organization. Additionally, Matthew has extensive experience in relationship management, and has managed consulting engagements with companies such as Morgan Stanley and First Republic Bank.
In 2018, Matthew received a dual degree in political science and international affairs from the University of Georgia. Over the course of his educational career, Matthew studied abroad at Oxford University, served as an intern in the United States Senate, and co-founded an educational nonprofit. Matthew is a published contributor to an academic paper on congressional primary elections in the Journal of Politics, and previously received a research fellowship at the University of Georgia under Dr. Jamie Carson. Currently, Matthew is enrolled in Emory University’s MBA Program where he studies Management Consulting and Strategy.
