A love for math and science guided Stephen towards an early career in engineering with positions at IBM and Nokia, but his passion was elsewhere and he migrated into customer-facing roles. After a few years spent in client service and product marketing, Stephen received an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. Post-MBA, Stephen joined Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Operations practice focusing on CRM engagements, then held a series of marketing, partnership, and business development leadership roles at AT&T, Dell and Bazaarvoice. Prior to joining TopRight, Stephen was an independent consultant working with early stage marketing technology companies, such as People Pattern, VideoDesk, ChatID and AffinityAnswers, focusing on go-to-market strategy and execution, often functioning as CMO.
